At Victory Vault, we strive to provide the highest quality MMA products and training equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized products (with personalized names, logos, or custom sizing)
- Mouthguards, groin guards, or undergarments for hygiene reasons
- Products bought on clearance or special discounts
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for size issues or damaged products upon arrival.
- To be eligible for an exchange, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Clear images (if applicable)
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.
