Training Academy Terms

Eligibility & Health Declaration:

Members must be physically and mentally fit to participate in training sessions.
Members are responsible for notifying instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before participation.

Liability Waiver:

Victory Vault is not liable for injuries sustained during training, unless due to proven negligence.
Members voluntarily participate in all training activities at their own risk.

Membership & Fees:

Membership plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
Cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days prior to renewal date to avoid charges.

Session Bookings & Attendance:

Members are advised to book sessions in advance to secure preferred time slots.
Missed sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24-hour prior notice.

Conduct & Discipline:

Members must adhere to academy rules, follow coaches' instructions, and maintain respectful conduct.
Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

E-Commerce Store Terms

Product Descriptions:

We strive to ensure accurate product information. However, minor variations in color, size, or specifications may occur.

Pricing & Payments:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

Order Confirmation:

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS upon order placement.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Product Warranty:
